We are the leading supplier of out‑of‑band solutions for IT infrastructure management and are actively exploring new solutions for hyper‑scale data center deployment and management. Opengear is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives within the Engineering organization. In this role, you will manage the development and implementation processes for Opengear products, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other technical disciplines. You will define project plans and schedules, identify required resources, track progress, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery of complex, multi‑phase technical projects. The Sr. Project Manager role operates with minimal supervision, exercising strong independent judgment, and often functions as a leader for both technical and cross‑functional project teams. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of project management frameworks, engineering workflows, and organizational coordination.

Who You Are and What You Bring

• 5 years of experience leading technical or product development projects in a software or engineering environment
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects involving cross‑functional teams
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools for project tracking and resource planning
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills

Desired but Not Required

• Experience in Quality Management Systems or regulated environments
