What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple individual and multi-site food & beverage projects for the employer
- Develop, direct, and oversee projects from concept development through completion, including procurement
- Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria while ensuring adherence to program objectives
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
- Act as the primary client and consultant contact throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience, preferably within food & beverage and/or commercial real estate
- Proven experience in corporate workplace and/or food and beverage design & construction
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and food service drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a construction project manager is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Custom Millwork Fabrication, Equipment manufacturing & distribution, and general FF&E knowledge base
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Demonstrated ability to manage company data and project management systems on project tracking and benchmarking
