Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead design & construction efforts for our global clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design concepts, retail environments, construction processes, budgeting, bid processes, project management, and knowledge of LEED & WELL standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

This role involves managing multiple projects across the AMER region, developing project plans from concept to completion, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution, coordination, and resolution of complex issues, managing internal teams and external partners effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple food & beverage projects for Envision Group.
• Establish project goals and success criteria.
• Develop project proposals and oversee project development from concept to completion, including procurement.
• Create and maintain project dashboards for reporting.
• Coordinate due diligence and documentation efforts.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and liabilities.
• Manage vendor and team deliverables to meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing initiatives and work closely with Foodbuy.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and project meetings.
• Act as primary contact for clients and consultants.
• Guide clients and teams through design implementation.
• Contribute to best practices and standards of excellence.
• Develop and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate or food & beverage design & construction, including managing designers, contractors, and vendors; construction project management experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in food & beverage or commercial real estate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading capital construction and managing change environments.
• Knowledge of project management systems and data management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of architectural and food service drawings.
• Knowledge of millwork fabrication, equipment, and FF&E.
• Ability to manage all aspects of design & construction projects, including procurement.
• Basic understanding of permitting processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client presentations.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
