Job Summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead design and construction efforts for a global client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design concepts, retail environments, brands, construction processes, budgeting, bid processes, project management, and knowledge of LEED & WELL Building Standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

This role involves managing multiple projects across a corporate portfolio in the AMER region, with potential future projects globally. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project development from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and will manage both internal teams and external partners while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple food & beverage projects for Envision Group.
• Establish project goals and success criteria.
• Develop proposals and manage projects from concept to completion, including procurement.
• Create project dashboards and maintain documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and liabilities.
• Manage vendor and project team deliverables and budgets.
• Monitor project performance against budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with Foodbuy to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and act as primary contact.
• Build rapport with clients and guide them through the design process.
• Contribute to best practices and standards of excellence.
• Support relationship development with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate workplace or food & beverage design & construction, including managing designers, contractors, and vendors; construction project management experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience, preferably in food & beverage or commercial real estate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience leading capital construction projects and managing change.
• Proficiency with project management systems, architectural drawings, and food service drawings.
• Knowledge of custom millwork fabrication, equipment manufacturing, and FF&E.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
