What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead design and construction efforts for multiple food and beverage projects across corporate portfolios
• Develop, direct, and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to program objectives
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain project documentation
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance against established milestones
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and act as the primary client contact throughout projects
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in corporate workplace and/or food and beverage design and construction, with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Smartsheets, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, and MS Office
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience as a construction project manager is highly desirable
• Strong working knowledge of architectural and food service drawings
• Familiarity with custom millwork fabrication and equipment manufacturing
• Ability to manage data and project management systems for tracking and benchmarking
• Experience leading capital construction design and build functions in changing environments
