Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical mechanical construction projects for hyperscale data centers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, from preconstruction through turnover.

You will own budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, risk, commissioning readiness, and client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with field leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading projects valued at $100M+.
• Strong mechanical construction background.
• Proven financial management and forecasting experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Mission critical or data center experience preferred.
• Mechanical contractor experience preferred.
• Design-build and BIM coordination experience a plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical mechanical construction projects supporting hyperscale data center development.

This role provides overall leadership for projects valued at $100M+, with responsibility for financial performance, scheduling, procurement, risk management, commissioning readiness, client relationships, and successful project turnover.
