Job summary

SL Recruit is seeking a Sr. Project Manager specializing in corporate interiors and commercial construction. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality execution.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, is skilled in coordinating subcontractors and clients, and proficient with Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction or corporate interiors.
• Familiarity with tenant improvement (TI), open office renovations, and high-end interior build-outs.
• Proficient in construction management tools including Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse project stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project operations to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain efficient project workflows.
• Utilize project management software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Interpret architectural drawings, MEP plans, and finish schedules to support effective execution and field communication.
• Monitor construction progress, perform site visits.
• Procurement efforts including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material tracking.
• Project closeout processes including punch lists, warranties, and client handoff documentation.
