Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water infrastructure and underground projects in a self-perform setting, mentoring project managers and coordinating with owners, engineers, and crews.

With 8-15 years of experience on pipeline, sewer and/or water treatment projects, you will drive schedules, budgets and profitability while expanding the client base and strengthening relationships. This role is based in Modesto, CA and offers significant ownership through ESOP.

• 8+ yrs managing underground utility installation or water infrastructure construction.
• Dynamic leader with ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and respond to urgent operational needs.

This is your opportunity to lead from the front, mentoring Project Managers, influencing strategy, and strengthening relationships with owners and engineers, while contributing directly to the success of projects that make a lasting impact. Our ideal candidate will have 8-15 years experience managing water infrastructure and underground projects in a self-perform setting. Pipeline, sewer and/ or water treatment project experience is a MUST.
