Job Overview

The Sr. Project Manager (PM), Operations, Conversions, & Integration (OCI) will lead and coordinate critical activities within the Operations organization for conversion workstreams. Responsibilities include managing project plans, status reports, and RAID items, with a need for strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as familiarity with financial services and project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, track, and modify project plans.
  • Report status to various stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external teams.
  • Drive collaboration to execute conversions and initiatives.
  • Identify and communicate issues, risks, and decisions, escalating as needed.
  • Partner on change management tailored to project needs.
  • Apply project management standards for efficient execution.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast environment.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Success in change management and navigating dynamic teams.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven and metrics-focused decision making.
  • Risk-aware mindset regarding financial, regulatory, and reputational factors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years in financial services with increasing responsibilities.
  • 5+ years project management experience.
  • 2+ years in change management.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, SAFE preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma yellow/green belt or comparable experience.
Salary Range

$79,688-$132,813/year, with details to be discussed based on experience and location. Benefits include 401K matching, health insurance, stock options, paid time off, and more.
