Vertical Relevance is seeking a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow experience in Financial Services, ITSM / CSM, GRC to join our team full-time and work remotely. This role involves end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems.

As a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow expertise in Financial Services, you will implement technical solutions within customer engagements, requiring strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engagement management, leading ServiceNow implementation projects in the financial sector. You should possess in-depth project management skills, hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, and stakeholder management abilities. ServiceNow experience and certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives and project sponsors.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow creator workflows, employee workflows, HR, legal, talent, and stakeholder management.
• Obtain and maintain ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Project Portfolio Management).
• Familiarity with financial services industry compliance and regulatory standards.
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and navigate complex client environments.
• Exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow in financial services environments.
• Proven success in ServiceNow implementations across Financial Services, Telecom, and Healthcare industries.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and industry workflows.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal development.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Leadership of large, cross-functional project teams.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS are preferred.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, cloud technologies, and IT transformation programs is a plus.
• Deep industry expertise in financial services, telecom, or healthcare & life sciences.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
