Job summary

Insight Global is driving technology-led change across Salesforce transformations and customer journey initiatives. We seek a seasoned project leader to manage two strategic initiatives, coordinating business and technical teams to deliver milestones and executive updates.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of enterprise project management, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and experience with Salesforce ecosystems and ATS/workforce platforms. Collaboration and reporting are key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing Salesforce-related projects, implementations, enhancements, or organizational transformations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong vendor management experience, including coordinating third-party implementation partners and ensuring project deliverables remain on track.
• Demonstrated success driving projects with minimal direction and limited handholding.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
• Ability to create structure, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and proactively drive project outcomes.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
• Experience evaluating and selecting enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience with candidate lifecycle platforms (ATS) or workforce management solutions.
• Familiarity with Blueshift or similar customer journey orchestration platforms.
• Healthcare, healthcare staffing, or workforce solutions industry experience.
• Experience supporting highly customized Salesforce environments.

Salesforce Transformation Initiative

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support a Salesforce business process redesign and technology strategy effort
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external Salesforce consulting partners
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure decisions are documented and executed
• Help evaluate future-state Salesforce architecture and organizational needs
• Support discussions regarding consolidation, enhancement, or redesign of the existing Salesforce environment
• Ensure all project participants remain aligned and accountable throughout execution

Customer Experience Journey Platform Initiative

• Lead the evaluation and selection process for a customer experience journey platform
• Coordinate internal stakeholder discussions and vendor demonstrations
• Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and platform assessment activities
• Support development of a technology framework for the candidate lifecycle journey
• Manage communications between business teams, technology teams, and prospective vendors
• Facilitate decision-making and implementation planning once a platform is selected
• Maintain project momentum and ensure key milestones are achieved

General Project Leadership
