Milwaukee Succeeds in Hartford, WI is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to own projects from concept through production, working with aerospace, defense, medical, transportation and industrial customers.

The role leads new product introductions, drives tooling, fixtures, gauging, process development, and production routing while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and continued improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Sheet metal manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches, process development, tooling, or manufacturing engineering projects.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.

We're partnering with a global manufacturer, to identify a Project Engineer for their Wisconsin operation in Hartford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys owning projects from concept through production while working with highly engineered components serving aerospace, defense, medical, transportation, and industrial customers.

Senior Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from design through production approval
• Drive tooling, fixtures, gauging, process development, and production routing activities
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, quality, and operations to ensure successful project launches
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and profitability
• Influence manufacturing processes and help optimize world-class investment casting operations

Requirements for Senior Project Engineer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• 1-5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Sheet Metal manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting product launches, process development, tooling, or manufacturing engineering projects
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
