Description

As a Sr. Project Engineer, you will be responsible for product design, testing, contributing to innovation projects, leading cost-saving initiatives, and managing product development projects from conception to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings using Creo-Pro Engineer and CadKey.
• Understand project scope and design parameters.
• Lead and manage product development teams.
• Utilize company resources effectively to optimize designs.
• Acquire prototypes efficiently.
• Contribute to innovation projects and identify beneficial projects.
• Work independently to complete projects and solve problems.
• Lead cost-saving and product improvement initiatives.

Product Testing

• Design experiments using company lab equipment.
• Conduct experiments according to standards.
• Record and interpret results accurately.
• Maintain PE archives and coordinate testing procedures.

Product Implementation

• Follow engineering change procedures, including documentation and coordination.
• Communicate changes clearly and timely.
• Control manufacturing methods.
• Provide marketing information and samples.

Requirements

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with at least 2 years of product engineering experience.
