The Senior Talent Management Program Specialist plays a crucial role and involves close collaboration with program managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to plan, implement, and facilitate the execution of essential talent programs, including the Internship Program, Talent Management Optimization, Employee Engagement, and Recruitment Strategies.
Essential Functions
- Oversees programs in collaboration with Talent Management team members
- Coordinates team activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely program implementation
- Defines program scope and objectives with stakeholders and assigns team roles
- Prepares, facilitates, and coordinates presenters for meetings as assigned as part of overall program deliverables, i.e., Internship Program
- Assists in preparing plans that specify goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets, and allocation of available resources for Talent-related programs
- Regularly facilitates status and milestone meetings to ensure timely completion of program tasks, address roadblocks, and provide status updates
- Manages vendor relationships for Talent Management teams in partnership with stakeholders, procurement, finance, and accounting
- Prepares documentation, which may include training/process materials, data analyses utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations, and SharePoint sites
- May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

- Strong proficiency in program management methodologies, techniques, best practices, and technologies

- Strong skills in reviewing and analyzing data to create clear reports and actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks
Typical Education
- Generally requires BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience

- Typically have 4-6 years of directly related experience
Pay Range: $82,925 - $110,525 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
