Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Sr Program Services Manager in Irving, TX, with hybrid onsite work. You will lead broad program initiatives across Assurance portfolios, translating strategy into execution for client programs, new launches, implementation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive client enrollment, onboarding, participation, and compliance across Vizient Reserve programs.
• Analyze client purchasing and participation data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support category launches, client expansion, and program adoption with cross-functional coordination.
• Develop presentations, training, webinars, FAQs, talking points, and program materials.
• Manage client/supplier inquiries, ordering challenges, product access, shortages, substitutions, allocations, and escalations.
• Maintain program trackers, dashboards, pipeline reports, compliance records, and performance metrics.
• Support Reserve and broader Assurance program execution including data collection/automation initiatives.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services and advisory work.
• Recommend improvements to processes, tools, communications, and client experience.

Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
