The role interfaces with internal teams, partners, OEMs, and customer stakeholders to deliver complex programs on time and within budget. The position emphasizes lead contract negotiations, governance, and cross-functional coordination, with potential direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Public Administration, Project Management, Utility Management, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, Engineering Management, Public Administration, or related)
• PMP, PgMP, CCM, PE, or other relevant professional certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Align daily work with company goals and establish program governance at launch.
• Project Coordination: Interface with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver on contractual requirements.
• Resource and Budget Control: Manage funds and tools across projects.
• Risk Management: Resolve big problems and smooth processes for customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Interface: Lead change management and conflict resolution to meet goals.
• Lead Negotiations: Secure favorable terms, control costs, and manage risk for Smart Utility work.
