We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly organized individual to join Uber’s Central Safety team as a Program Manager for Personal Safety. This role will drive the development and execution of global safety programs, policies, and risk mitigation strategies, with a particular focus on personal safety risks in the delivery platform.
As a key player in our Global Safety team, you will work cross-functionally to align personal safety strategies across Uber’s Mobility and Delivery businesses, manage critical global policies and OKRs, and support regional teams in implementing high-impact safety initiatives.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
