Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Deputy Program Manager Level 5 to support the F-35 Customer Program Greece Country Program Manager across proposal, startup, execution, and closure. The role requires coordinating with Customer, JPO, and LM leadership, ensuring EVMS compliance, and leading program reviews on cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Ideal candidates will have strong cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and experience with acquisition and proposal processes, plus travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience / education.
• Program Management, Project Engineering, or Project Management Experience.
• EVMS or CAM Experience.
• Customer Experience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Team leadership Experience.
• Familiarity with acquisition and proposal process.

Responsibilities

• Lead program review sessions with the customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance (PMR, Process Meetings, Working Groups).
• Coordinate and communicate directly with Customer, JPO, and LM program leadership on behalf of the PM team.
• Ensure EVMS requirements are met and the program stays within cost and schedule commitments.
• Lead monthly program performance reviews (including Review of Actuals, ETC, Baseline Change Management, Schedule Management, Risk & Opportunity Management).
• Drive resolution to various customer requirements and schedule commitments (e.g., Air Force, MOD, F-35 Program Office).
• Travel internationally and domestically as needed.
