Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the F-35 AV Development weapons program, directing cost, schedule and technical delivery across development and integration efforts. You will drive program plans, manage risk, and interface with customer counterparts to ensure contractual objectives are met while coordinating across engineering, manufacturing and program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience.
• Related PM experience (gained through PM roles, CAM, IPT lead, etc.).
• Cross discipline team leadership experience.
• Technical / Development Experience.
• Program / Project Management Experience.
• Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans, driving program performance and meeting contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with contract program managers through the full contract lifecycle from proposal to delivery.
• Collaborate across the business to ensure enterprise and full lifecycle success across development, production and sustainment.
• Interface with Customer counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual objectives are achieved.
• Communicate program status, challenges, successes, and needed support across the enterprise and leadership.
