Energy Trust of Oregon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager – Communities & New Initiatives. The role focuses on cross-program strategies, customer- and community-centered program design, and managing staff to deliver impactful energy-efficiency initiatives.

The position reports to the CaNI Sector Lead and offers a competitive starting salary with full-pay range. Office in the Portland Metro Area with flexible remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering, science, economics, business, finance, architecture or environmental science.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
• 8 years of experience in program design, development and budget management.
• 3 years of project leadership and management experience.
• 2 years of leading teams and supervising staff.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate to prioritize and execute cross-program strategies and initiatives.
• Directly manage staff and provide guidance across projects.
• Develop a customer- and community-centered product development framework for clean energy programs.
• Lead and manage complex new program initiatives and pilots.
• Serve as product owner and lead cross-functional projects within the sector.
