Job summary

Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is seeking a Marketing Manager in Portland, OR, to develop and implement program marketing strategies that drive adoption of energy-efficient products, services, and practices. The role collaborates with NEEA’s Program Management team to apply marketing best practices and measure effectiveness across a portfolio of programs.

The position is hybrid with a Portland base; candidates must be onsite at least 2 days per week and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing strategy and annual plan as a core member of cross-functional program teams.
• Direct execution of program marketing strategies with limited oversight.
• Develop and implement marketing best practices across program activities.
• Optimize and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Identify marketing opportunities through market research and evaluations.
• Ensure consumer messaging reflects audience and end-user needs in collaboration with Market Research.
• Coordinate with utility programs and ensure stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to share Market Transformation success stories.
• Perform other duties to support organizational success.
