Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior HR Program Manager to join the Marketing HR team. You will independently develop and manage programs, drive change management, and partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement data-driven improvements.

You will use AI to simplify processes across talent, compensation, and PXT projects, while shaping the future of cloud computing and human resources in a dynamic environment at AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and SOPs.
• Lead implementation of new tools and processes, incl. UAT and training material development.
• Track and manage milestones, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Execute change management with user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive consensus on solutions.
• Analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness and propose data-driven improvements across talent management and change management processes.

Key job responsibilities

Your day-to-day will be diverse and challenging. -Independently develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures

• Lead the implementation of new tools and processes, including user acceptance testing and training material development
• Track and manage project milestones, proactively identifying risks and communicating status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Execute change management activities by creating comprehensive user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking mechanisms
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize feedback, and drive consensus on solutions
• Analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements across talent management and change management processes

• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
• Experience with AI/ML technologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
