As our ideal candidate, you'll bring together strategic vision and hands‑on execution capabilities to orchestrate high‑impact HR initiatives across our AWS Marketing organization. This isn't just any program management role – you'll be the conductor who harmonizes efforts across multiple HR functions, from Business Partners to Talent Management, People Analytics to Diversity & Inclusion teams. you will independently manage and drive programs and initiatives for the Audible Talent Operations & Programs team. You will lead cross‑functional projects from conception to implementation, including process improvements, system enhancements, and change management initiatives. You will ensure successful delivery of key operational improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, and business teams.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
