Are you an experienced program manager passionate about driving customer-centric operational excellence?

As the Sr , PXT Program Manager, you will define and tackle complex, high-priority initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will define new goals where strategy is not yet clear, and leverage your expertise to help our workforce adapt to significant change. This role requires proactively identifying service delivery gaps and developing solutions or effectively influencing others to resolve issues. The goal is to raise the bar on employee experience while optimizing the cost of providing PXT services. You will drive operational and experience-forward efficiencies, and establish best practices for the organization.

Key job responsibilities
  • Effectively align team to the right priorities to execute cyclical and strategic initiatives. Identify tradeoffs and resourcing needs to support the business at scale.
  • Enable your team to build innovative, scalable talent management mechanisms to grow and retain critical talent, including rotating leaders into hard-to-fill critical, global roles.
  • Recognize where there may be gaps between global and business-specific needs. Creatively find solutions to fill these gaps, where appropriate. Influence the central teams by advocating for change and sharing best practices.
  • Partner closely with our Analytics team to identify opportunities for integration points and address specific talent needs using talent data and themes.
  • Leverage generative AI technology to drive measurable outcomes and business insights from data sets.
  • Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, scalability and sustainability. Conduct post launch evaluations to understand successes and improvement opportunities while establishing methods for sustained adoption.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
