Job description

1. Lead assigned projects ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and within budget.
2. Utilize risk management strategies to actively manage project risks that may impact project cost, quality, scope or schedule.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
4. Create business case financial models.
5. Forecast, monitor and report on project financials, and maintain financials in project management tools.
6. Manage change requests by assessing impact to scope, schedule and cost; and communicate with key stakeholders.
7. Liaise with the supplier management groups as needed on supplier engagement, quality of services, experience and cost.
8. Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX, and PM standards.
9. Continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status and periodically publish project status reports.
10. Assist, share learning, and mentor others within the PMO regarding standards, organizational understanding, and relationship building to promote the successful delivery of projects.
11. Years of proven experience and success in creating positive project team cultures.
12. Strong active listening skills; considers and forms responses appropriate for audience and leadership levels.
13. Proven ability to bring project team together to collaborate and resolve hurdles and challenges.
14. Proven ability to handle multiple project tracks and multiple projects.
15. Self-awareness - ability to identify when and where to seek advice or escalate.
16. Has experience in guiding project teams through decision making processes.
17. PMP or equivalent and related years of and breadth of experience.
