Program / Project Manager – RPA/AI (Prefer UiPath RPA or AA)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale RPA (primarily UiPath or AA) and AI programs (Gen AI, document understanding, process mining).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex automation initiatives, including process mining and impactful Gen AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Process Mining: Manage Celonis-to-RPA migrations across global teams.
• Deliver RPA & Gen AI Solutions: Lead impactful projects utilizing these platforms.
• End-to-End Engagement Owner: Oversee entire project lifecycle.
• Enforce RPA & Program Best Practices: Ensure standards and robust management.
• SDLC Agility: Manage projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Optimize RPA Delivery: Implement frameworks to enhance automation project timelines.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong program management experience with RPA (UiPath or AA) and AI.
• Proven success leading complex process mining programs.
• End-to-end engagement ownership experience.
