Clinical Program Manager, Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program

Join to apply for the Clinical Program Manager, Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program role at Mindoula.

The Program Manager will lead a team of Care Extenders in Mindoula's Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program, serving members, and delivering outcomes to our health plan partners. Their team of Care Extenders empowers members to actively participate in improving their own health and wellness through personalized case management tailored to each member’s needs. An innovative Program Manager seeks creative solutions to support Care Extenders and program goals, leading the team toward operational, clinical, and financial outcomes. As the leader of a community-based team, they model a hands-on approach, empowering the team to meet members where they are and utilizing local resources to deliver whole-person care.

Location and Hours: 100% Remote in the United States. This manager will lead our team in Nevada and must work Pacific time zone hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm Pacific.

What You'll Do
  • Act as a player/coach, working alongside Care Extenders to build their skills and support members in challenging situations, including creating service plans, encouraging social participation, educating members, monitoring progress, building communication strategies, assessing risk, developing community resource guides, and ensuring comprehensive care plans.
  • Lead the Care Extender team to ensure member needs are assessed, appropriate care plans are in place, and members are progressing toward their goals and graduation.
  • Coordinate caseloads, participate in hiring, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Lead enrollment activities, ensure KPIs are met, review documentation, analyze team performance, and support data collection for outcomes measurement.
  • Lead case review sessions, participate in external meetings, and maintain program data and reports.
  • Partner with billing to review claims and ensure service accuracy.
What You'll Need
  • A Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) license, preferably in Nevada, such as LCSW, CPC, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). If not in Nevada, the license should be in one of the active states: Indiana, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, or Florida.
  • Experience leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with health coaching or medical social work preferred.
  • Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or healthcare management from an accredited university.
