Sr Production Specialist

Job Locations: US-CO-Henderson

Blue Rhino is seeking a full-time Sr Production Specialist to join our team! The role involves operating in a team environment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storing propane cylinders. Each cylinder is cleaned, leak-tested, inspected, and delivered nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Carousel Filling, manual filling, and forklift filling as needed.
• Complete DOT training for 20-pound cylinders and obtain RIN certification.
• Operate evacuation systems for removing liquid and vapor from cylinders for re-valving and shot blasting.
• Perform cylinder valve replacements.
• Conduct cylinder refurb operations based on work station requirements.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, uniforms, and ensure a clean, organized workplace.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
• Communicate issues with supervisors.
• Maintain accurate time cards and paperwork.
• Ensure quality assurance.
• Act as forklift backup when needed.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other safety and environmental standards is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Integrity and a good work ethic.
• Punctuality, dependability, and reliability.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (citizen, lawful permanent resident, or work authorization). No sponsorship required now or in the future.
