Our Manufacturing Engineering team plays a critical role in supporting key customers while ensuring the production of high-quality braking products. We focus on improving machine utilization, reducing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency. We work closely with various departments to solve complex challenges. In this role, you'll contribute your expertise to support launches, supervise tooling installations, and drive continuous improvements in cost-effectiveness. We are a collaborative, results-driven group that thrives on innovation and problem-solving.

What you can look forward to as a Manufacturing Engineer

• Identify profit and machine utilization opportunities.
• Support engineering and manufacturing teams with technical expertise to resolve issues impacting our ability to provide top-quality products cost-effectively.
• Assist in launching new products and supervise the installation of new tooling.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by reducing faults, scrap, and improving first-run yield.

Your Profile as a Manufacturing Engineer

• 3-4+ years of experience with strong functional/product knowledge.
• CNC Machining experience.
• SAP knowledge is helpful.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
