Job Description:
This job is responsible for the coordinating and operating technology platforms, including providing business support for incident management, executing rules and configuration updates, delivering tactical/strategic changes, while leveraging subject-matter expertise. Key responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team to ensure platform delivery of priorities align with business objectives. Job expectations include communicating to influence both vertically and horizontally to deliver the product in coordination with technology, including scrum teams aligned with AGILE development.

Responsibilities:• Initiates and provides leadership, resource/strategic/tactical direction, and project roadmaps to meet current and anticipated business requirements and objectives

• Provides consistent oversight, management, and adherence to governance standards, regulatory impacts, platform access, and platform stability

• Works in partnership with Technology leveraging AGILE Methodology for development and testing and change management delivery

• Serves as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, technology, and Legal/Risk/Compliance/Control partners to ensure adherence to regulations and laws

• Coordinates with the line of business to resolve gaps in requirements, while also ensuring Business Readiness in association with the Academy (Procedures, Education, Etc.)

The Senior Production Services Manager develops and sponsors tactics to achieve strategic objectives across functional groups or within a business group. Develops and implements programs, projects or processes for a major segment of a complex function or a small diverse business. Provides technical leadership for work teams in specialized functional or process areas. They are also the escalation point for unresolved problems, complaints, and complex service requests. Key skill sets include consulting skills and conflict resolution, proactively drive innovative business solutions, and use technical, enterprise, and business knowledge to work across structures to meet customer needs. Job Description

The Senior Production Services Manager will be responsible for leading and executing internal control discipline for Credit Assistance Change Management. Key responsibilities include evaluating and documenting processes and controls within Change Management and ensuring adherence to enterprise change standards.

Job expectations also include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within Change Management through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out actions plans and milestones for audit issues. The Senior Production Services Manager may also be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, control, and implementation of projects which align with the enterprise’s strategic vision and goals.

  • Leads the assessment of control environment

  • Inspects metrics to support governance for executive and control reporting

  • Identifies issues and control improvements for Change Management

  • Helps coordinate CA change related responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other assessments

  • Plans, organizes, manages, and controls projects using appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project completion

  • Assemble and coordinate project teams

  • Ensure early identification of risk and appropriate transparency with Risk and Compliance partners regarding impacts

  • Completion of all required change documentation which must adhere to the enterprise change management standards

Required Qualification:

  • 1-2 years project management related experience

  • Superior planning and organizational skills are the most important skills for this role

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently, with minimal oversight and guidance

  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office, WebEx and SharePoint

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
