Job Description – Sr. Manager, Services Enablement

Position Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic Sr. Manager to lead Enablement for our Services organization. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-impact training programs that improve how Services professionals onboard, deliver, and scale value for our customers — with a strong focus on process enablement, tools adoption, and technical upskilling.

You will play a critical role in driving the successful rollout and adoption of AppCentral, our AI-powered cloud platform, and tools like Certinia (PSA), ensuring Services teams are confident and capable in executing delivery processes, managing projects, and elevating customer outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical training, process optimization, and program execution, and who understands the nuances of Services delivery in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Enablement strategy for the Services organization, including onboarding, ongoing learning, and role-specific certifications.
  • Lead training programs focused on technical delivery, delivery methodology, project management, and tools enablement (e.g., Certinia/PSA).
  • Partner with Services leadership, Product, and Operations to identify enablement gaps and proactively address skills, tools, and process readiness.
  • Develop and manage curriculum for Services delivery roles — including implementation consultants, project managers, customer success engineers, and support specialists.
  • Ensure successful rollout and adoption of AppCentral and other platforms by building scalable training programs and process guides.
  • Introduce modern learning experiences that incorporate in-the-flow-of-work guidance, microlearning, and just-in-time support.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Services Ops to define success metrics and track enablement effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate program impact through KPIs such as onboarding time-to-productivity, delivery consistency, and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • 7–10 years of experience in Enablement, Professional Services, Services Operations, or Delivery Readiness within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of Services delivery processes — including implementation, onboarding, and project lifecycle management.
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs for Services teams, ideally across global or matrixed environments.
  • Technical fluency in Services tools like Certinia (or similar PSA solutions), project management systems, and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong instructional design and content development capabilities.
  • Analytical thinker who can translate data into insights and action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with Services leaders and field teams.
  • Passion for driving operational excellence and elevating customer-facing execution.
