Job summary

A leading company in supply chain management is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to optimize production planning processes and ensure efficiency. The successful candidate will lead production planning cycles and collaborate with various teams while maintaining high accuracy in parameters. Candidates must have over seven years of experience, preferably in manufacturing, and possess knowledge of SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supply Planning or Operations Planning.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain, especially in defense/aerospace.
• 5+ years planning experience in SAP ERP.

• Lead monthly Production Planning process for assigned product cells.

Job description

• Can you describe a time when you had to resolve demand, capacity constraints, or material availability challenges? How did you approach the issue, and what was the outcome?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your assigned product cells
• Ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources
• Collaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues to maintain executable production plan complaint with

DPAS requirements

• Ensure accurate planning parameters and material master data for parts assigned
• Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, and discuss mitigation plans with functional and business leadership.
• Achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within business goals

YOU MUST HAVE

• 7+ years of Supply Planning, Operations Planning / Scheduling, Materials Management of other Operations Planning related functional area.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment, defense and aerospace preferred
• 5+ years planning experience in SAP ERP system
• Due to export restrictions this position requires United States Citizenship or United States Lawful Permanent Resident status.
