This remote contract position aims to leverage your skills in SAP and S/4HANA to optimize operations within a dynamic team. Responsibilities include designing process flows, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring integration with various manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong consulting background and a proven track record in generating effective production schedules.

• Experience with SAP and S/4HANA required.
• Mid-senior level experience in IT Services and IT Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of MPS integration and manufacturing processes.

Contract Role

1. Explain A&D Airframer Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Best Practice
2. Generate Schedule based on formula:
3. Understand how to generate a schedule for a Model/Program and range of Tail #’s based on Rate/Takt and Out the Door (OTD) Dates for the number of Tails to be generated during a period.
4. Generate schedule for a Model/Program with multiple Assembly Lines / Production Lines within a Plant with a Common Station
5. Generate schedule for a Model/Program on an Assembly Line / Production Line and incorporate Spares
6. Generate schedule for an Assembly Line / Production Line for Multiple Models/Programs
7. Understand MPS integration with Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLIN). Models with range of Tail #’s with Entry into Service Dates
8. Ensure commercial utilization – integration to CRM
9. Understand MPS integration with Engineering. Models with range of Tail #’s configuration (Parameter Effectivity)
10. Understand MPS integration with Assembly Processing with Parameter Effectivity
11. Have SAP knowledge
12. Experience with S/4HANA
13. Knowledge of Parameter Effectivity Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBoM)
14. Knowledge of Parameter Effectivity Operative Network (Network Activities / Reference Pointers)
15. Familiarity with Standard Network (Network Activities / Reference Pointers)
16. Possess Consulting Skills
17. Gather requirements effectively
18. Design Process Flows
19. Perform Functional Unit Testing
20. Collaborate with Development team
