Responsible for the execution of the master production schedule - assure components are on order, through inspection for raw material & through manufacturing for sub-assemblies, and on hand so that manufacturing orders start on time. All issues that will hinder manufacturing orders starting on time - identify, communicate, solve.


Duties:

  • Ownership of highly complex/multi level programs

  • Work with engineers during new program development, ambiguous goals.- BOMs, routings, program goals etc.- dynamic and in development

  • Assist Master Production Scheduler with program set up - lot sizes, lead times, capacity, safety stocks, shrinkage.

  • Reschedule of manufacturing orders as required - direction from the master scheduler

  • Report status of planned and released orders.

  • Coordinate shipments of completed product / source inspection

  • Responsible for oversight of material disposition of all RCNs.

  • Participate as necessary in MRB, M0R's, and other evaluation and disposition

  • Modifying manufacturing orders / routers as required

  • Cycle counts of manufacturing orders

  • Participate in physical inventory - throughout the year and at year end

  • Follow all safety and company rules.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve results through others

  • Capable of developing and executing effective plans; identify obstacles and issues and communicate to get issues resolved

  • Thorough understanding of MRP and the planning process

  • Takes full ownership for assigned projects and tasks.

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and make quality decisions without negatively impacting others

  • Must have strong social skills as well as written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with an automated planning system

  • Good computer skills -MS office suite - basic level of Excel

  • Experience working in a lean manufacturing / continuous improvement manufacturing environment - Green Belt certification preferred.

Preferred Education: BS/ APICS certification

Required Education:AS, Yellow Belt, degree field in Business, Accounting, or Supply Chain
Experience: 5+ Years in Manufacturing Planning, or Master Scheduling

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$71,359 - $118,931

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
