We are currently seeking a First Shift, Sr. Production Assembler to join our VALUES-based organization. In this role, you will focus on:

• Reading work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly
• Making necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure quality
• Using power tools for special door preparation
• Setting the pace of the production line (lead)
• Understanding the work order process

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Proficiency in basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in all units of measure, including fractions and decimals
• Experience with hand tools, pneumatic staple guns, and other electric tools
• Experience with specialized carpentry tools is helpful
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
