Job description

We are currently looking for a Sr. Production Assembler with verifiable experience in carpentry and/or construction, 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, to join our VALUES-based organization. In this role, you will focus on:

Essential Functions

1. Using kitted frame parts and prepped doors, assemble custom door units.
2. Operate various saws to cut materials, use power tools for door prep, and operate CNC or other automated machinery as required.
3. Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly.
4. Make repairs or adjustments to ensure quality.
5. Apply hardware such as Bommer hinges, spring pivot hinges, multi-point locks, and panic hardware.

Qualifications

1. 2-4 years of related experience; finish carpentry is a plus.
2. Ability to read a tape measure.
3. Experience with hand tools, pneumatic staple guns, and electric tools.
4. Experience with specialized carpentry tools is a plus.
