Job Description

This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, New York or Chicago.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We’re looking for a passionate, strategic and customer-obsessed product marketer who can help drive the LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) business forward with a focus on our next-gen AI tools for hiring. This is a fast-paced and highly strategic role where you will be responsible for identifying short and long term opportunities in the hiring space to drive the strategic vision for how LinkedIn can best serve the small business audience. The right candidate can tease out customers’ real needs, build & execute strategic business cases, lead innovative cross-channel go-to-market launches, create compelling narratives for our customers and sales partners, and can easily pivot from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the LTS business by leading product marketing strategy and execution for next-gen AI products and monetization strategies for SMB customers
  • Be the voice of the customer by developing deep insights about customers, global trends and competitors to shape product strategy and incorporate into customer and sales enablement strategy
  • Validate inbound market requirements that inform product & GTM strategies by analyzing competitive positioning and tactics, collecting and synthesizing customer and field insights, and executing market research
  • Define go-to-market strategy including business goals, definition of target/persona, and recommended approach
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams across product, product marketing, demand gen, and sales to deliver against your go-to-market strategy. Partner with international teams to scale programs globally
  • Create compelling, differentiated messaging, positioning and sales narratives, with a clear understanding of the target customer/audience and the core capabilities of the offering


Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or business strategy roles


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience product marketing for AI products
  • Experience developing insights for the SMB audience
  • Excellent grasp of both B2C and B2B marketing and product launch strategy
  • Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
  • Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives (product, marketing, sales, creative, planning, etc.)
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $121,000 - $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
