You will own the portfolio for CPU/GPU power delivery, influence platform architectures, and drive design wins with leading customers. This senior leadership role requires deep technical insight, strong collaboration with Sales, Tech Dev, and Engineering teams, and a proven track record in market-driven product strategy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the semiconductor industry or system-level power electronics.
• Expertise in multiphase controllers and VRM architectures.
• Experience driving design wins with global customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for multiphase controllers from definition through market release.
• Develop roadmaps based on CPU/GPU power delivery architectures and telemetry.
• Act as the key interface with Sales, FAE, and customers to drive design-in opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership in multiphase controllers and platform architecture.
• Meet or exceed revenue, design-win, and margin goals for the BU.
• Collaborate with Tech Dev, Design, Product & Test, Firmware, and Apps Engineering.
• Influence architecture decisions with OEMs, hyperscalers, and partners.
• Support customer engagements and industry forums to build relationships.
