Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing individual to join the upstream marketing team to lead new product development projects within the Coronary market. The role involves engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), exploring unmet needs, collaborating with R&D, quality, regulatory, marketing, sales, and other teams, and directly interacting with physicians and staff during clinical studies. This is a vital role contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Guide portfolio strategy for core and novel technology new product development.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive product development activities.
  • Understand potential applications of core technology through R&D, clinical, and commercial insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Assess competitive and clinical environments to prioritize development efforts.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and gather feedback to inform development.
  • Communicate customer insights to technical teams and leadership.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring accountability and achievement of milestones.
  • Perform financial modeling for new product opportunities.
  • Evaluate new products in labs and explore clinical evidence expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, clinical, sales, or engineering, preferably in cardiovascular medtech.
  • Experience attending clinical cases and understanding workflows.
  • Ability to develop expertise in clinical applications and market trends.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
