Job summary

Visa invites a Lead Risk & Security Product Leader to drive the Agentic Commerce initiative from strategy to execution. You will be the primary product partner to the Agentic Commerce team, defining problem statements, outcomes, and roadmap priorities across payment flows.

You will embed risk-related requirements early in experience design, coordinate with fraud, identity, authentication, and data/AI teams, and translate strategy into concrete product artifacts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or in sales operations.
• Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management.
• Experience developing software capabilities supporting sales, service, or customer relationship management functions.
• Experience managing and implementing complex projects directly or through supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk and security product strategy for agentic commerce.
• Act as primary product partner to Agentic Commerce team.
• Define problem statements, outcomes, and roadmap priorities across payment flows.
• Embed risk-related requirements early in experience design and product decisions.
• Translate strategy into product requirements and other artifacts.
• Develop narratives and positioning for Visa’s Agentic Commerce risk solutions.
