The role requires 8+ years in product management with IAM/security, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex requirements into measurable outcomes across a highly regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a security domain focus.
• Deep IAM protocol knowledge (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Experience delivering IAM at enterprise scale for B2C and B2E.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex, regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity; advanced degrees a plus.
• IAM certifications and insurance industry experience are advantageous.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Product Manager - Identity to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own the vision and roadmap for the company's identity and access management platform, helping shape secure experiences across both customer and employee environments. The position will translate complex security and business requirements into clear product strategy, prioritized features, and measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities that balance protection, usability, and regulatory needs. This is a highly cross-functional role with visibility to executive leadership and a strong focus on enterprise-scale execution in a regulated setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,425 – $229,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Evolve the product vision and roadmap for the company's identity and access management platform
• Translate complex business and security needs into coherent product strategies and actionable features
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver secure IAM capabilities
• Prioritize product features based on risk, impact, and effort using data-driven insights
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the platform remains modern and compliant
• Lead cross-functional teams through the complete product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Influence executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in identity and access management or security domains
• Deep familiarity with IAM protocols and technologies such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, and RBAC/ABAC
• Proven experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale for both B2C and B2E environments
• Strong strategic thinking ability to align roadmaps with business and security goals
• Demonstrated success in navigating projects within complex, regulated settings
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• IAM certifications and experience in the insurance industry are advantageous
