ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join their Analytics Product team in Addison, TX, supporting Marketing, Loyalty and MarTech initiatives. You will lead data product efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, with experience in product or project management, data analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Four (4) years of experience managing project timelines and delivery for engineering, analytics, or technical initiatives.
• Four (4) years of experience creating, analyzing, and presenting management reports.
• Three (3) years of project and/or product management experience, including requirements gathering and roadmap development.
• Two (2) years of experience with data analysis, reporting, storytelling, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead focus teams within Analytics Product, managing the development of data reporting tools and datasets throughout their lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders across analytics, business, data, and external teams to define and communicate transformation initiatives for Marketing, Loyalty, and MarTech data.
• Oversee project and product management activities, including scope management, roadmap development, and budget oversight.
• Support value measurement by tracking and communicating the impact and adoption of data products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and determine datasets and tools required to support strategic objectives.
