Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product-focused role, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Experience with post-acute and patient access workflows.
• Experience managing products through full lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory language into business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product line from strategic planning to tactical execution by product owners/managers.
• Own the full lifecycle from design to development, research to implementation and growth.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers on impact analyses for product, customers, and market.
• Interact with regulatory bodies, consultants, partners, and certification entities.
• Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives.
• Engage users to understand implications of regulations and document product workflows.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap.
• Collaborate with UX to create mockups and user journeys.
• Evangelize products through sales collateral, training, and webinars.
• Use metrics and stakeholder feedback to inform priorities and improve outcomes.
• Maintain clear product documentation and delivery expectations.
