Job summary

Givebutter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our CRM, Engage marketing, and Reporting tools under Givebutter Plus. This high-visibility role partners with Design and Engineering to ship user-centric solutions for nonprofits, driving growth and impact.

You will work with leadership and GTM teams to define a category-defining donor management product in the nonprofit space. You’ll lead discovery, frame problems, and ensure clear success criteria while balancing short-term wins with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software.
• End-to-end ownership: define strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools.
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Givebutter’s donor management, marketing, and reporting tools.
• Drive adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus with Growth and Revenue teams.
• Lead discovery: customer research, synthesize insights, frame solvable problems.
• Define and communicate the why behind the work and align with company strategy.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to build cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Use data to guide decisions and build data-informed habits across the pod.
• Align stakeholders and manage tradeoffs across initiatives.
