Job summary

Givebutter is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the CRM, Engage marketing, and Reporting tools under Givebutter Plus. This high-visibility role leads a major strategic bet for the company and reports to the VP of Product & Growth.

You’ll partner with Design and Engineering to ship tools that help nonprofits raise more, grow donor bases, and fulfill missions effectively, aiming to define a category-leading donor management and marketing product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software products.
• Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end: strategy definition, roadmap execution, and driving outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools.
• Superb written and verbal communication; able to articulate the 'why' to ICs and executives.
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflow to improve prospecting, donor outreach, and insights.
• Experience building repeatable product discovery practices across a team.
• Familiarity with nonprofit technology or social good sector a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Givebutter's donor management, marketing, and reporting tools.
• Drive adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus with Growth and Revenue teams.
• Lead discovery with customer research and data analysis to frame problems worth solving.
• Define the 'why' behind work and ensure clear success criteria and alignment with company strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to ship cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Use data to guide decisions and maintain data-informed decision making across the pod.
• Align stakeholders and manage tradeoffs across multiple initiatives without sacrificing quality.
