Job summary

Givebutter is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our CRM, Engage marketing, and Reporting tools under the Givebutter Plus banner. You’ll partner closely with Design and Engineering to ship tools that help nonprofits raise more, grow their donor base, and fulfill their mission more effectively.

You’ll lead discovery, define the why behind initiatives, and ensure clear success criteria while collaborating with leadership, Growth, Revenue, and partner product teams to build a category-defining

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software.
• Proven end-to-end ownership: strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with SQL and product analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience integrating AI tools like Claude into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Givebutter’s donor management, marketing, and reporting tools.
• Drive adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus.
• Lead discovery through customer research, synthesize insights, and frame problems worth solving for design/engineering.
• Define and communicate the 'why' behind the work and connect initiatives to company strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to build cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Use data to guide decisions, navigate ambiguity with clear hypotheses, and build data-informed habits.
• Align stakeholders across functions and manage tradeoffs across multiple initiatives.
