Job summary

Givebutter is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our CRM, Engage marketing, and Reporting tools under Givebutter Plus. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the VP of Product & Growth.

You’ll partner with Design and Engineering to ship tools that help nonprofits raise more, grow their donor base, and fulfill their mission more effectively. Collaboration with leadership, GTM, and partner product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience on high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software products.
• Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end: strategy definition, roadmap execution, and driving business & customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools.
• Superb written and verbal communication; able to simplify the complex and articulate the "why" to ICs and executives alike.
• Track record of building effective working relationships with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Givebutter’s donor management, marketing, and reporting tools, balancing short-term and long-term investments to drive outcomes.
• Drive adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus with Growth and Revenue teams.
• Lead discovery across your product area: run customer research, synthesize insights, and frame problems worth solving.
• Define and communicate the "why" behind the work, connect initiatives to company strategy, and ensure clear success criteria.
• Partner with Product Design and Engineering to build cohesive solutions and ship end-to-end experiences.
• Use data to guide decisions and maintain hypothesis-driven work across your pod.
• Align stakeholders across functions and manage multiple initiatives without sacrificing quality.
