Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager in Product Management to lead the day-to-day delivery of migrating to a modernized core platform. You’ll coordinate across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy, working with the program team and LOBs to ensure a successful launch.

The role emphasizes product delivery, technical dependencies, and collaboration with Tech Leads and Product Owners to close gaps and drive operational readiness for customers and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or related Business/Marketing track.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience if no quantitative degree.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Core program vision with technical reality across 5 platforms and 3 tenants.
• Manage product backlog and scope workstreams to meet Day 1/Day 2 milestones.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure readiness for agents and customers.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, SE, Mechanical Eng, IS or related); Business or Marketing

Bachelor's degree in any field + 4 years Product Management experience
