Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform across Channels, Shared Services and Servicing Strategy, coordinating with the program team and LOBs to ensure a well-managed launch.

The role demands a deep understanding of product delivery and technical dependencies, bridging vision with reality for multiple platforms and tenants, and partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to ensure readiness for agents

Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with tech leads and product owners.
• Strong collaboration across channels, shared services and servicing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for our platforms and tenants.
• Manage the product backlog and scoping for workstreams to meet Day 1 and Day 2 milestones.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers.
