Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead the day-to-day strategy for migrating to a modernized core platform.

You will coordinate across Channels, Shared Services and Servicing Strategy, and partner with the program team and LOBs to drive a well-managed launch. This role requires deep product delivery and technical dependency expertise, backlog scoping for Day 1/Day 2 milestones, and collaboration with Tech Leads and Product Owners to close data gaps and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or related field, or a Bachelor's with 4+ years of PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform.
• Manage the product backlog and scope workstreams to meet Day 1 and Day 2 milestones.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers.
